Product goal

Hair salons, beauty studios, clinics, fitness studios and private tutors often run bookings, customers and staff between a notebook, Excel and WhatsApp. I designed PratikPano as a plug-and-play SaaS that brings all of this into one panel without any technical knowledge. Most of these businesses run their day from a phone at the counter, so I built the interface mobile first.

WhatsApp reminders

No-shows are one of the most frequent and costly problems for these businesses. I built reminders across four channels: a one-tap WhatsApp message from the business’s own number, an invite that lands in the customer’s phone calendar, e-mail and SMS. That way every business can start sending reminders on day one, with no extra setup.

No-code, turnkey onboarding

Small businesses don’t have time to set up new software. So I made onboarding turnkey: services, staff and opening hours are entered on the business’s behalf, and the business only has to use it. In-panel help tours and a what’s-new screen keep the learning load low after day one.

Modules and design studio

The dashboard has 20 modules: bookings, customer cards with loyalty points and VIP tags, staff shifts and leave, memberships and session packages, quick sales, stock, shipment tracking, receivables and reports. For businesses without a designer I added an in-browser design studio, where a business can produce posts, stories and carousels with its own logo and colours from ready-made templates in minutes.
