Kadir Batu Shoes
Kadir Batu Shoes is a women's footwear brand, from boots to loafers. All I had were phone photos taken in the shop, with no model and no shoot budget. In January 2026 I turned all 46 styles into a seasonless catalog system built around one virtual model, and cut a voiced promo film that closes on the brand's own slogan.

Goal
The brand sold a boutique collection, but its phone photos didn't say so. My aim was to move perception from the shop shelf to a campaign language by showing every pair as part of an outfit and a lifestyle, and to build a consistent, recognisable Instagram feed. Stitching, buckles and colours had to stay exactly as they were; only the light and the context could change.
One face, four seasons
To make the catalog read as one campaign, I first designed a face, then built reference sheets of the same woman in four seasonal outfits. I mixed and matched those looks, from grunge denim to a sharp blazer, across all 46 styles, so a fringed suede boot and a metallic cowboy boot speak in the same brand voice.
The scene system
Every product went through the same sequence of scenes: a concrete plinth in window light, a linen drape, a palm-shadow flat lay, on-foot shots in whitewashed Aegean streets and a full-length look. I used Nano Banana as one tool for generating scenes, then reworked and retouched every frame in Photoshop so the product stayed true, and built the logo and 3:4 layout in a single layered master file. The fixed scene language makes 215 frames look like one shoot day.
The promo film
From selected frames I generated image-to-video clips with Veo and wrote the script around the hook “Hala herkesin giydiği o ayakkabıları mı giyiyorsun?” (Still wearing the shoes everyone wears?). I turned it into an energetic AI voiceover and finished the film in Premiere with music, type and rhythm editing. It closes on the brand's own line, “senin tarzın” (your style); I wanted it to speak to a bold woman who wants to stand out from the crowd.
